Newlyweds Jim and Leslie Green moved from Texas to New York City, staying at the Chelsea Hotel where Jim planned to be an author and Leslie to be an author. Leslie wanted to get pregnant right away, wanting Jim’s baby from the moment they met. She tried to do a pregnancy test right away, insisting that she felt pregnant but Jim wasn’t so sure as it was too early. They were insecure at times about their love and why they married but kept saying that they were indeed in love and will support each other no matter what. They were afraid to go out to the City as they were in the bad part of town and it’s being so big. Later at night, they were confident about each other and went out to the City.
